Adobe InDesign packaged with fonts and links, Quark Xpress collected with fonts and links, Adobe Illustrator (type converted to outlines; saved as EPS), Adobe Photoshop (saved as a PDF with PDFX/1a settings), Adobe PDF created to the PDFX/1a standard.

No Multiple Master fonts.

Convert colors to CMYK; do not embed color profiles in image files. Spot colors are not allowed in ads. Convert all Spot colors to CMYK.

All artwork should be 300 ppi at the size it is placed in the file. All color art must be CMYK. The maximum ink density is 300%.Line art must be 1200 ppi at the size it is placed and be save as a bitmap tiff file. All graphic images must be saved as eps, tiff or psd (single layer and no alpha channels).

Credit Terms All advertising under $350 per issue must be prepaid.
Payment Terms Monthly invoices are payable net thirty days after invoice date. Balance not paid within thirty days of invoice date subject to 1.5% monthly finance charge. Invoices that exceed sixty days may forfeit agency commission. Discrepancies on billing statements must be reported, in writing, to Accounts Receivable office within thirty days of invoice date. After thirty days, invoices will be considered accurate, and advertisers will be liable for the balance. Invoices must be paid in full in order to participate in Baltimore Bride’s bridal event.
Account Delinquency Should an account become delinquent, Baltimore magazine may refuse to publish further advertising until payment is received in full. Should it become necessary to refer the account for collection, the Advertiser agrees to pay an additional 33% of the referred balance in attorneys’ fees. All disputes arising under an order/contract shall be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the State of Maryland.
